ROULETTE

Game summary

The game of Roulette is played by turning a small ball on a spinning wheel with thirty-seven numbered slots. When the wheel stops, the ball stops in one of these slots. The goal of roulette is to correctly predict the slot in which the ball will fall. By predicting the correct number, you win the bet. The amount of the payment depends on the nature of the bet.

How to play?

Select the amount you wish to bet on a given turn by clicking the left mouse button on a chip, and dragging and dropping it over the corresponding betting fields of the game table. To specify a bet that is not equal to a denomination of the existing chips, simply click on another denomination of the chips after placing your previous chip on the table. For example, to bet $ 30, click and drag the $ 25 chip and place it on the table, then click and drag the $ 5 chip and place it on top of the $ 25 chip. Your bet Total will be displayed in the 'Current Betting' window. You can repeat your last bet by clicking on the '' last bet '' button. You must press the 'Make a bet' button after you have finished dragging and placing the chips for the bets in order to be registered and valid. If you place a bet that is less than the minimum bet of the table, or higher than the maximum of the table, the amount of your bet will be automatically rejected by our servers.

You can place different types of bets on the roulette table. Each type of bet covers a certain range of numbers, and each type has its own payment table. The short lines of three numbers each are called 'lines' on the board, while the longest lines, each with twelve, are called columns. The first five types of bets are made in the numbered space or on the boundaries between them and are called internal bets, while the last three types are made in the special boxes below and to the left of the board and are called external bets. The different types and payments for each type of bet are summarized below:

Once the cylinder finishes turning, the winning number will be noted on the table with a striking color.

BLACK JACK

The bets

The Player enters Blackjack, selects the seat and then the bet amount for that hand. The Player must click on the button 'Confirm bet' after dragging and placing the chips on the betting rectangle, so that they are registered by the system. After all the players have submitted their bets and / or when the betting time expires, the Dealer begins the game.

The game

From the left of the Dealer, a card is dealt face up to each player in turn, with the Dealer being the last of the rotation. A second card is dealt in the same way -go up- to each player. The Dealer also receives a second letter; but upside down. Once all the starting cards are dealt, each player has his turn to improve his score.

The order of the turns follows the order in which the cards were dealt. In turn, each player has the opportunity to stand (stand) or ask (hit) one or more cards to improve their score. Once it is planted, its turn ends.

If you exceed a score of 21, this is called a 'bust' and causes the player to lose his bet immediately; if not, the bet remains unresolved. When the initial score (with two cards) is 21, it is called Blackjack and it is not allowed to ask for more cards. If there is no possibility that the Dealer also has Blackjack (ie, that the Dealer's card is neither a figure nor a ten or an ace), your bet will be considered immediately as a winner at the beginning of your turn and will be paid 3 to 2.

Once the turn of all the players has finished, the Dealer turns over his second card and either plans or orders another according to the strategy of the house. If the Dealer goes over 21, all unresolved bets are considered as winners. If you stand without passing, you compare the score of each player with that of the Dealer. If your score is closer to 21 than the Dealer's, you win. If the Dealer's score is closer, you lose.

If you draw with the Dealer the bet is a 'draw', which means that neither wins nor loses your bet. Once all bets are settled, the Dealer announces the beginning of the next betting period.

Cards

The figures (Jack, Lady and King) have a value of 10. The Aces are worth 1 or 11, according to convenience. After the player stands, with a hand containing one or more Aces, his / her highest possible value will be considered without going over 21. (Eg, 8 or 18, is worth 18)

Player Options

After the first two cards are dealt, each player has the opportunity to improve his score. They can also modify their bets in the following ways:

Separate - Splitting

The pairs, two cards of the same category (for example a hand with a King and a Jack), can be separated into two different hands each with a bet equal to the amount of the original bet. If you separate your hand, the first sub-hand is dealt a card and allowed to stand or ask for one or more cards to improve your score. Once you plant in this first sub-hand, your second sub-hand is dealt a second card and then you are allowed to stand or ask. Separating the Aces is an exceptional case. When you separate a pair of Aces, each sub-man receives only one more card with no option to ask for another one. What's more, a score of 21 with two cards in a separate Aces sub-hand is not considered a blackjack and would be lost to a Dealer's Blackjack. The sub-hands can not be separated. Sub-hands can not be separated.

Bend - Doubling Down

After the first two cards are dealt, you have the option to double (double), which means you can play an extra amount equal to your initial bet and receive only one more card in that hand. It is allowed to fold after separating a pair.

The Strategy of the House

Unlike the players, the house does not have the option of deciding whether to stand or ask for a letter in their hand. The house has to:

  • Ask if you have a score of 17 soft, or less.
  • Stand with a hard 17 or more

A soft hand is a hand in which the Ace is counted as a 1 or an 11 without the score passing 21. A hard hand is a hand in which the Ace can only be counted as a 1 so that it does not pass of 21.

* If there is any mistake between the hands, we will tie the hand.

Auto Letter Order

In the event that we do not have any response from the player in the time given to decide whether to request another or to stand, the Auto Order Letter will be activated for the cases mentioned below:

Soft Hands

  • Order with 16 or less.
  • Plant with 17 or more

Regular

  • Order with 11 or less
  • Plant with 12 or more.

Payments

Blackjack, a 21 with two cards that does not come from a 'split', is paid at 3 to 2 as long as the Dealer does not also have Blackjack. Blackjack wins a 21 with three or more cards. The rest of the winning bets are paid 1 to 1. If both you and the Dealer have Blackjack, the bet is a draw, and neither wins nor loses. If you go over 21 you lose your bet.

BACCARAT

Objective of the game

Two hands are given in Baccarat. The one of the Bank (Banker) and the one of the Point (Player). The goal of Baccarat is to predict which hand, whether the Bank's or the Point's, will be closer to a value of nine. The player also has the option to bet on a draw (ie, both the bank and the point will reach the same total). 8 decks of 52 cards are used.

How to play

Select the amount you want to bet on a given hand by clicking the left mouse button on a chip and dragging and dropping it on the 'banker' or 'player' or 'Draw'. To specify a bet that is not equal to an existing chip denomination, simply click on another chip denomination after placing your previous chip on the table. For example, to bet $ 30, click and drag the $ 25 chip and place it on the table, then click and drag the $ 5 chip and place it on top of the $ 25 chip. Your bet Total will be displayed in the 'Current Betting' window. You can repeat your last bet by clicking on the 'last bet' button. You must press the 'Confirm' button after you have finished dragging and placing chips so that the bets are registered and valid. If you place a bet that is less than the minimum bet of the table, or higher than the maximum, the amount of your bet will be automatically rejected by our servers.

After each player has pressed the button 'Make bets and / or the betting time period is over, the player and the bank are dealt two cards. All tens and figures are worth zero, aces are worth 1, and all other cards are worth their nominal value. If the value of the cards exceeds 9, then the value is adjusted by subtracting 10 from the total.

Example:

Hand + hand = total

9 + 7 = 16 6

5 + 5 + 5 = 15 5

10 + 9 = 19 'Natural' 9

After the first two cards that are dealt to both (the point and the bank), a third additional card can be dealt to the player or the bank. All additional cards are subject to a set of rules called TABLEAU. No hand receives more than three cards. When the player and the bank match the same total, the hand is declared a draw and all bets (except TIE bets) for that game do not win or lose. If the value of the cards in the hand of the player or of the bench is an 8 or a 9 ('natural') after having received their two initial cards then no more cards will be dealt. If the value of the cards in hand in the first two cards is from 0 to 7 inclusive, the hands will be defined in accordance with the third card.

Rules of the third letter:

If two player cards total:

0-5 player's hand should ask

6-7 player's hand must be planted

8-9 'Natural' (both hands are planted)

If two cards of the Bank total:

0-2 The Bank must ask

3-6 The third card in the player's hand determines whether he asks or is planted

7 the bank should be planted

8-9 'Natural' (both hands are planted)

When the decision of the third card of the bank depends on the third card drawn by the player, the following rules will apply:

3 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-9-0 8

4 2-3-4-5-6-7 0,1,8,9

5 4-5-6-7 0-1-2-3-8-9

6 6-7 0-1-2-3-4-5-8-9

7 the bank must be planted the bank must be planted

8-9 'Natural' - Banking is 'Natural' - Banking is planted

If the Player's hand remains with two cards (6,7), then two cards from the bank for a total of 3,4,5 must be drawn and one hand from the Bank for a total of 6 must be planted.

SPORTS BETS

Sports betting allows the participant to place bets on sports forecasts. The platform will show a multiplier called Quota or "Odds" in decimal format and, in case of correcting the forecast, the bet made will be multiplied by said coefficient, otherwise, it will be lost.

In the sports betting interface, the participant will have a main section in which the different available sports will be shown. They can be found in the left side section of the interface and, occasionally, there may be access to the tab of each sport in other parts of the site.

In the main section, you can choose between PRE-MATCH betting or for FOR TODAY and LIVE bets.

The difference between these two modalities is based on the fact that those that are PRE-MATCH show those possible bet predictions for events whose stipulated start has not yet been given. While LIVE bets have forecasts for Events that are currently in progress.

ATTENTION: Due to the nature of sports betting, the fees can vary in a matter of seconds. In which case, you will be offered to confirm your bet or you can cancel it if you do not accept the new odds for that forecast.

SIMPLE BETS

When selecting any event from the list, you will be shown all the available forecasts for that event and a decimal value showing the quotas corresponding to each forecast. It is important to pay attention to each type of forecast since its statements will be considered in order to evaluate the outcome of the bet.

The section where the bets are placed is called the Betswagon and is in the upper right section of the interface.

It will be disabled until the desired forecast and quota selection is made with a click. Once this is done, the user will be able to enter the amount to bet and will have an indicator of the Potential Gain of their bet below. To confirm the bet, the participant must click on "Verify bet".

ATTENTION: There are limits on the values to be bet for each forecast and / or event, currently they are $ 10 (ARS) the minimum and $ 1,000 the maximum to bet on a forecast / event, with a maximum possible profit of $ 10,000.

For example, if the fee is 21.00 our maximum bet will be $ 500 because the possible gain restriction is $ 10,000, however if the fee is 11.00 we can place the maximum bet $ 1,000 and get a possible profit of $ 10,000
By clicking on the "Confirm" button, the chosen fee and the amount desired for the event / forecast will be accepted. A message confirming the taking of the bet will appear on the screen and you will be able to see the bet ticket again by clicking on "Show what was played" or by accessing the "History" option in the top menu.

COMBINED BETS

To select a COMBINED bet, you must choose at least two predictions and make sure that both appear on the betting cart. Once this is done, you must click on the box corresponding to each selection in the betting cart and click on "Generate Combined".

You will be asked to enter an amount to bet and the combined line will be displayed.

Combined bets allow you to obtain better multipliers of the bet but also increase the risk, since losing one of the "legs" of the combined one, the combined bet will be lost.

POSTPONED / SUSPENDED EVENTS

In the event that an event is suspended or postponed, TOWERBRASIL will presume the resumption thereof within a period no longer than 72 hours after the start of the event, otherwise, bets will be canceled and the money returned to the player's account. in a period not greater than 48 hours.

CANCELED / ABANDONED EVENTS

In the event that an event is canceled or canceled, the bets will be canceled and the money returned to the player's account within a period not exceeding 48 hours.

If one of the participants or teams leaves the event, the final result of the event will be null, but depending on the sport and the type of forecast, some bets may be taken if the conditions are met for this. For example, if in a Tennis match the player bets on the result of the 1st set and one of the players leaves the match for any reason, the final result of the event is null, but if the 1st set of the event was played until the end of it and we have a favorable result to one of the 2 participants, then the bet to the 1st set will be taken as valid and the result applied to the bet made.

The same assumptions of refund for cancellation, suspension or other type of impediment for the bet will be in case of SIMPLE bets the reimbursement of the same amount wagered by the player and in the case of COMBINED bets they will be valid only those that are celebrated with success, the same bet value of bets that could be canceled for any of these assumptions will be reimbursed.

Ratification / Rectification of bets: TOWERBRASIL only recognizes those results that have been achieved in the field or game area. Results that result from disciplinary action from a sports court or other legal court will not be taken into account. In case of violation of sports laws, the company reserves the right to freeze the winnings and retain the payment of them. Exception: all bets referring to the final result of the event / tournament will be evaluated based on the official result published by the corresponding sport / league / event regulatory authority, in most cases, immediately after the end of the event. If the regulatory body in question modifies the official result within 24 hours after the end of the event, the company reserves the right to correct the payment accordingly (ie the earnings that have already been paid will be voided and, then bets will be evaluated according to the modified result). If an event / tournament is not completed for any reason (for example, due to bad weather, problems of the attending public, etc.) but the regulatory authority publishes an official result in 24 hours, only bets will be paid by the winner of the event. event / tournament in question.

POKER

Poker is a classic card game, played all over the world in innumerable varieties. Normally, your goal as a player is to gather the best five-card Poker hand.

A Betting Game

But Poker is also a betting game. To get the letters you need, you have to pay a price. That price is decided by the bets you and the other players make around the table. The bets make up the pot, which the player with the best hand wins at the end.

A game of People

Poker is always played against people, and therefore, one of your main challenges when you play poker is to understand why other players bet in one way or another, or why they do not bet. It is sometimes said that Poker is not really a card game, but a game of people.

Determining the Winning Hand

Although hundreds of varieties are played in the world, most match at one point: Poker hands consist of five cards.
The next ranking of Poker hands is almost universal, and it is the fundamental piece of knowledge that you have to master when you start your Poker career.

Table of Values of Hands

The poker hands below are ordered by value, from highest to lowest:

Royal Straight flush Royal Flush
Royal flush Straight Flush
poker 4-of-a-Kind
Full house Full House
Flush Flush
Straight Straight
Three of a kind 3-of-a-Kind
Two Pairs Two Pair
Par One Pair
High Card High Card

The second highest poker hand is called Poker, that is, a hand with four cards of the same value.
The best Poker hand possible is the Straight or Royal Staircase. That is, five cards in numerical sequence and of the same suit. It is very rare.
If two players have a straight flush, the one with the highest card wins. If the highest card is the same, the hands are the same. Different clubs do not have different values in the hands of Poker, so a straight flush of hearts does not win a straight flush of clubs.
The straight flush with an ace is called the Royal Flush

Poker (Four of a kind)

If two players have Poker, the one with the four highest cards wins. For example, four tens win to four eights. If two players have the same Poker, the one with the fifth highest card wins. The fifth card is called a side card or kicker. If the side cards also have the same value, there is a tie and the pot is divided.

Full (Full house)

A full consists of a hand with a trio and a pair.
If two players have full, the one with the highest trio wins. If the trios are the same, the one with the highest pair wins. If the pairs are the same, the hands are equal and the well is divided.

Color (Flush)

If the five cards are of the same suit, the hand is called color (Flush)
If two players have color, the hand with the highest card wins. If these are equal, the hand with the second highest card wins, and so on. If all the cards are equal, the hands tie and the well is divided. There is no order between clubs at Poker.

Straight (Straight)

For a hand to be a Ladder, the five cards must be in numerical sequence. If two players have a Ladder, the one with the highest card wins. If both have the same highest card, the hands are equal and the pot is divided.

Leg or Threesome (Three of a kind)

If three cards have the same value, you have a trio - in case the two remaining cards do not constitute a pair.
If two players have a trio, the one with the three best cards wins. If the three cards are the same, the hand with the highest side card wins, or if the highest side cards are also the same, the one with the second highest best side card wins. If both side cards are equal too, there is a draw and then the pot is divided.

Double pair (Two pair)

The double pair is just as it sounds, two cards of the same value and two cards of another.
If two players have double pair, the player with the highest pair wins, or if these are equal, the player with the second highest pair wins. If the highest and lowest pair is the same for both hands, the hand with the best highest side card wins. If these are equal, the hands tie and the well is divided.

Pair (Pair)

If two cards in one hand have the same value, and none of the others can match, then it is a pair.
If two players have a pair, the one with the highest pair wins. If the pairs have the same value, the hand with the highest side card wins, or if these are equal, the one with the second highest card wins, and so on.If both pairs and all the side cards are equal, the hands have the same value and the pot is divided.

The hand with the highest card

If none of the hands contains the combinations described above, the hand with the highest individual card is the highest hand. A hand that contains an Ace is higher than a hand with a King. A hand with a King is higher than a hand with a ten, and so on. If all five cards are equal, the hands are equal and the pot is divided.

High and low poker

In some variations of Poker, the lowest hand actually wins the pot (Low Poker), or part of the pot (Split Poker) When playing Low Poker, use the list above to decide which of the two hands is the highest . Then the other hand is the winner.
For example, with two hands 8-5-4-3-2 and 7-6-5-4-2, the hand with 8 is higher according to the list, so the other hand is the best low hand .

A Typical Betting Round

In a typical betting round, there is already a certain size pot of rounds of previous bets. The player who must start betting is decided by the rules of the variant that is being played. The betting turn moves to the player on the left and so on around the table.

Fold, check, bet or raise

When it is your turn to bet, you have several options. If you do not like your hand, you can always fold - that is, discard your hand and let the other players dispute the pot. If no one has bet before you in this betting round, you can check.

Checking means not betting anything and passing the turn to the player on your left.

However, if a player before you has bet in this betting round, you can not check. You can always fold, but if you want to play, you have to call (call) or raise (raise) the put.

You call by placing a bet of the same size as the bet made before you.

You raise by placing a bigger bet than the last bet before you.

Example
If, for example, a player before you bets $ 1, you can call by betting $ 1 or raise by betting more than $ 1.

Tie

In the event that 2 or more active partners participating in the show hand stage have hands of equal value, the winner is determined by the highest card (for example, a pair of aces beats a pair of kings). If the hands are still tied (for example a pair of kings against a pair of kings), the highest value card that does not have in common (the 'Kicker'), determines who is the winner of the game. In case of exact match between two or more active partners, the well of the table will be divided equally between said partners. In case there are extra odd chips, the first of the partners that has won and that is to the left of the Dealer, in the sense of the hands of the clock, will receive the extra card. Finishing bets

When the players have decided to fold or have placed an equal amount of bets in the pot, the betting round ends. Now the next letter is dealt. Or, if it was the last betting round, the remaining hands are compared to find out who wins the pot. This is called showdown.

Win without showing your hand

If you place a bet or raise and all the remaining players fold, you win the pot without showing your hand. This is common in Poker, and that is the reason why it is possible to bluff. You do not have to show a winning hand to win the pot. Flashlighting may not be as common as people think, but it's a typical feature of the game of Poker anyway.

The First Betting Round

The first round of betting is a little more complicated than the rounds of consecutive and typical betting described above.

Blinds or before

Before the cards are even dealt, some or all of the players have to make a mandatory bet, a blind or ante.
This is done to create an initial pot by which to compete. If no player was required to bet, then the players could sit and wait for the best hands before playing, and it would not cost them anything. In that sense, Poker would be really boring.
When the mandatory bet has been deposited and the cards dealt, the first betting round begins. It may seem a bit different depending on whether the antes or blinds have been used as a mandatory bet.

Playing with before

A suede is a mandatory bet that all players must place before the cards are dealt. Normally around 10% of a small bet.
When the cards have been dealt, the player who starts betting is decided by the rules of the specific variant. When the first player has bet, the betting turn goes to the left around the table, just like the typical betting round described above.

Playing with blinds

A blind is a mandatory bet that some but not all players have to make before the cards are dealt. Normally, it is the two players to the left of the dealer who must put a blind each. Normally, the first player must make a small bet, while the second player must make a larger bet, called the big blind.
Blinds, as opposed to before, are considered alive. They count as valid bets in the first betting round.
When the cards have been dealt, the first betting round starts with the player to the left of the big blind. Because the big blind counts as a bet, this player can not check. You can always fold, but if you want to play you must call or raise.
To call, you must place a bet of the same size as the big blind. To raise, you must make a bet bigger than this (at least twice the size of the big blind).
Then bets go to the left around the table, like the typical betting round described above.

Small blind
If you are in the small blind position when it's your turn to bet, you can fold, call or raise. Because the small blind counts as a bet, it's a little cheaper for you to call. If, for example, the small blind is $ 1, to call a $ 4 bet you need to put another $ 3. Calling equals the last bet, and since the blinds are alive, you can include your small blind when you calculate the amount you need to call (match)

Big blind
If you are in the big blind position, when you have to bet, you can fold, call or raise. Because the big blind also counts as a lay, now it's even cheaper for you to call. To call in a certain bet, you need to put an amount equal to the bet minus the size of the big blind.
If, for example, the big blind is $ 2 and a player has bet $ 4, you call simply putting another $ 2.

Checking the big blind

If you are in the big blind, the first round of betting is a bit special. When it's your turn to bet, if no player has raised your big blind, you have the right to check or bet.
It's a bit different from the typical betting round, and it can be a bit messy for the player who starts. Do not worry, you'll catch it right away!

Showdown

If more than one player remains in the hand when the last round of betting has been completed, there is a showdown. This means that the remaining players show their cards to decide who has the best hand.
The showdown begins with the player who was the first to make the last bet. That is, the player who made the bet that the other players matched (call).

Examples
If a player bets $ 5, another player folds, and a third calls the bet, the first player must show his cards first.
If a player bets $ 10, a second player raises $ 20 and the first player calls the raise, it is the second player who must show his cards first, since he was the first player to bet 20 $.

Do not show when you lose

In a showdown, when the player before you has shown a hand that wins to yours, you do not have to show your hand.

Limit of Bets or Bets Without Limit

When it's your turn to bet, and you decide to raise, how much can you raise? Well, this depends on the betting structure that governs the game you're playing. The most common structures are fixed limit, pot limit and no limit.

Fixed limit

In a fixed limit game, the amount with which you can raise is fixed. If you want to raise, you must raise that amount in particular.

Small bet and big bet

The fixed limit often varies between betting rounds. For example, when playing fixed-limit Texas Hold'em, all bets and raises in the first two betting rounds must be multiples of the big blind. In the last two betting rounds, bets and raises must be multiples of double the big blind.
For example, with a big blind of $ 2, if you want to raise during the first two rounds of bets you must do it for $ 2, that is, you must bet $ 4. If another player wants to re-raise your bet, he must also raise another $ 2, that is, he must bet $ 6. However, during the last two rounds of betting, if a player has bet the minimum of $ 4 and want to raise, you must make $ 4, that is, you must bet $ 8. If another player wants to re-raise your bet now, he must also raise $ 4, which means he must bet $ 12.

The Cap (Tope)

When playing with a fixed limit, the number of raises allowed in a betting deck is limited to four. That is, the first bet, a raise, a re-raise and then the final raise - the cap.
For example, in a $ 2 limit game, after a maximum of four raises, the total bet for each player is $ 8.

Raise or fold

Raise or fold is a variation of Poker with a fixed limit. In this variation, as the name says, each time it is your turn to bet, you must raise or fold. Making a check or call is not allowed.

Unlimited

In a no-limit game, as soon as your bet turn is over, you can raise as much as you want. You can even bet all your chips at once if you want. In any case, there are a few restrictions.

Stack of the table
Even if you play without limit, you can not bet more than the amount you have on the table. So the players do not go crazy and bet their farms. And you can not let go of your car keys.

Minimum bet
Despite playing without limit, there is always a limit for your bets. For example, if you play with blinds, you can never bet or raise that is less than the big blind.

The minimum of another raise (re-raise)
If in a betting round, the player has raised before you and wants to reraise, you must raise at least the amount of the last raise.

Example
Suppose the big blind is $ 2 and the player to your right bets $ 10, raising $ 8. If you want to re-raise this player, you must raise at least another $ 8, which means you must bet at least $ 18. Obviously, since it is unlimited, you can also bet more than $ 18.

Pot limit

Some people may consider fixed-limit games a bit weak. On the other hand, some people consider the games without limit a madness. On average, there is a betting structure called Pot Limit.
Pot Limit means that each time your bet turn comes, you can not bet more than the amount already in the pot. In the first rounds it can be much less than all your chips. In the later rounds, however, the pot can increase very fast and you can bet everything you have, if you wish.

Example
If the big blind is $ 2, the pot is $ 20, and you are the first to bet in the betting round, you can bet any amount from $ 2 (minimum bet) to $ 20, the pot limit bet.
Sometimes, calculating the maximum bet in pot limit games is quite complicated.

Go All In

Now, you can ask, suppose I have a very, very strong hand. If someone bets more than what I have on the table, and I am not allowed to bet my farm, or release the keys to my car, what can I do? Will I be forced to fold and give up the pot despite probably having the winning hand? Of course not.

You can always call a bet. Even if an opponent bets more than you have left, you can call the bet by depositing the rest of your chips. So you can show your splendid hand and maybe win a nice pot. This is called  "Go all inÂ".

However, you can not win more than your opponent, but what corresponds to the chips you deposited. If a player bets $ 100 and calls by betting $ 40 all in, the other player will receive $ 60 back before the hands are shown.

Extra wells

When more than two players remain in the hand, and a player with fewer chips than the others do all in, the situation gets a bit complicated. The player with the fewest chips can call, as we saw earlier, but the other players will continue to bet against them and put more chips in the pot.

The player who does all-in can not win any of the chips in the pot after having made all in. The all in player is authorized to compete only for the part of the well that corresponds to the amount he placed. To manage this, the well is divided into a main well containing the chips that the player will all win if they have the best hand, and an extra pot consisting of the bets that have continued, that is, the chips that the player All in can not win even if he has the best hand.

If several players with different amounts of chips go all in during the same hand, there will be several extra jackpots. This gets a little complicated. But do not worry, the Poker client handles the calculations and checks that each player receives the correct part of the pot. You do not have to be the new Einstein to bet all your chips!

Hands Made Against Drawing Hands

A frequent situation in Poker is when a player has a hand made while another player has a drawing hand.

A hand made is a hand that is already good. A hand that contains a valuable combination, for example, a high pair or a trio.

A drawing hand is a hand that is still not good, but it can become a good hand when the next card comes. For example, if a hand contains four cards of the same suit, it will become a flush if the next card is of the same suit. On the other hand, if the next card is from another suit, it will still not be a good hand.

If the player with the hand made bet, the player with the drawing hand must decide if it is worth to call the bet to see the next card. Or, if it's too expensive, in that case it will fold.

To avoid losing so many chips with drawing hands, you may want to think about the possibilities (odds) of well.

On the odds of Well

When you decide if you should call a bet, do not forget to compare the bet with the size of the pot. If the pot is very big compared to the bet, you must decide to call. But if the pot is small and the bet is big, you will pay a high price to have the chance to win just a little. If you do a lot, you can lose some of your money

Example

Let's see a couple of situations in Texas Hold'em. The fourth community card has just been dealt (the turn). You and another player remain in your hand. You have four spades and one of them is the ace. If in the River you get another pica, you will make the best color play (nut flush). You feel convinced that you will be good enough to win the pot. Your opponents bet. How much do you decide to put to call? The well is $ 10.

First, let's see your opportunities to make color (flush). You know six cards: four on the table and two in your hand. This does not leave a total of 46 unknown letters. Nine of them are pikes, 37 are not. So, the odds of doing color is 37: 9, this is 4: 1.

In the first situation, your opponent bets $ 2, making the $ 12 pot. It costs you $ 2 to call. That is, you pay $ 2 to win $ 12 - the pot odds are 12: 2, or 6: 1. As the well probabilities are better than the probability of flush, it will be more lucrative for you to call in this situation (long term)

In the Second situation, your opponent bets $ 10, making the $ 20 pot. Now you have to make a $ 10 call to earn $ 20. Well probabilities are only 2: 1. This is worse than 4: 1, the probability you have of making color (flush). Therefore, in this situation you do not pay to call. Again, in the long term.

About the Position

One thing that will affect (or should affect) your way of betting on one hand is your position at the table. That is, if you are one of the first players to bet (first positions) or one of the last (last positions). In some variants your position changes from one betting round to another (Seven Card Stud), in others it stays the same for one hand (Texas Hold'em).

In last positions, most of the players have acted before you, so you have some information about their participation. If you are in first positions, other players will wait to see your action, ready to call or raise, depending on what you do. They have information and advantage about you.

At Poker, information is money. When you have less information than your opponents, you need a better hand to be able to compensate.

In first positions, play stronger hands.

Calculating Well Limit bets

As we mentioned earlier, calculating the maximum bet in boundary games can be a bit complicated.

Suppose there is $ 10 in the well. If you are the first player to bet, you can bet a maximum of $ 10. Up to here it's easy.

But let's say that another player bets $ 7 before the betting time comes. Now the well contains $ 17. So, you can bet a maximum of $ 17, right? Wrong, you can bet more.

You actually have the right to call the last bet, and then raise the amount (raise) that is in the pot after you have called.

Let's see, first you make a call of $ 7. That raises the pot to $ 24. Then you can raise (raise) the amount of the well, which is, $ 24. Then, your total maximum bet would be $ 7 plus $ 24, which in total is $ 31.

In the live game, this requires some attention from the players. But on our page, you do not have to bother with these calculations.

Poker is a wonderful game, full of subtleties and emotions. But if you are not careful, it can cause you problems. It is a very addictive game that can steal a large part of your time if you allow it. And you can lose money while you play. Even if your goal is to win, obviously.

Anyone can lose in Poker, even a professional worldwide. That's because of the luck factor. You can never really be sure of anything when luck is part of the game.

Addiction

Being addicted is bad in itself. Reduce your freedom and can destroy the balance in your life. Being addicted to something that demands more and more money can be particularly damaging.

Controlling your anxiety

These are some rules that good poker players should follow to avoid the dark side of Poker:

  • Never play with money that you can not afford to lose. Never take a victory for granted. Even if you grabbed good cards, you may have bad luck. And again. This is Poker.
  • Play at a level commensurate with your financial resources. Playing too high will make you cautious and fearful. You will play worse than you would at a lower level, and your opponents will be better.
  • Do not play when you are tired. Or drunk. Or angry. Or sad. You will make bad decisions. It's going to be expensive.
